GW38-40.5~252/630~4000 Type Three post Double break disconnector

The double break is good for reducing the distance and station arrangement, especially for indoor stations.

The electric rod's self-rotation and switching structure, coupled with its self-locking function, endow it with a robust motor performance resistance. It can withstand motor, wind pressure, earthquake, and other external forces, while its sliding rotation method ensures a strong self-clean ability.

In the galvanic circle, the section is the combination structure made by screw fix linking, ensuring stable flowing and high reliability and giving you security and trust in the product's performance.

In the galvanic circle, the contact and finger are made by a T2Y pure copper tap whose connecting part is coated by 30μ M silver.

The finger The stainless steel makes the finger spring, and its design is the inside hiding and outside press structure, which is convenient for testing and changing.

The bearing has transitioned from the bevel rear structure to the Universal connecting rod drive structure. This change brings with it a host of benefits, including a simpler structure, higher intensity, easier operation, and enhanced safety.

The bearing block is made of high-intensity casting steel (disposed of by hot zinc coating); the height can be adjusted and has the function of damping.

With different installation options such as front install, side install, back install, and leak 25° install, this product is designed to adapt to various station entering line ways, giving you the confidence that it can meet your specific needs.

All the operating rods and linking rods are supplied by the manufacturer, ensuring convenience in loading, adjusting, and testing and providing you with the necessary support for your operations.

It can be supplied as a whole above the ground according to the user's requirement.

Service and Installation Conditions

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m;

2.The ambient air temperature:Maximum +40℃;Minimum:General Area -30℃,Paramos -40℃;

3. The wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa. (corresponding to 34m/s wind speed);

4. The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

5. The working situation is without frequent violent vibration;

6. The installation site of an ordinary type isolator should be kept away  from  gas, smoke  chemical  deposition, salt-spray  fog, dust

and other explosive and corrosive matters that seriously affect the insulation and conduction capability of the isolator.

7. Pollution-proof type isolator is applied to severe filthy conduction areas. However,  there shouldn't be any explosive matters and matters causing a fire.
