Product Description

◆ The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemicals, metallurgical steel rolling, light sector and textile business, residential communities, high-rise buildings, and other areas as circulation tools for energy conversion, circulation, and control of power systems with air conditioning 50-60Hz and rated operating voltage air conditioning 660V and below.

◆ The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear contains two components: the power distribution center (PC) closet and the electric motor nerve center (MCC). It acts as an a/c 50HZ distribution system with an optimum working voltage of 660V and a maximum functioning current of 3150A. It is used for power distribution, electric motor control, and illumination distribution devices for energy conversion and distribution control.

Working conditions of Drawer type low-voltage switchgear

◆ The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and its average temperature shall not exceed+35 ℃ within 24 hours;

◆ Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ℃. However, temperature changes should be taken into account as condensation may occur accidentally;

◆ Altitude:The altitude does not exceed 2000m;

◆ This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes at the following temperatures: within the range of -25 ℃ to+55 ℃, it can reach+70 ℃ in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours). Under these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to operate normally under normal conditions;

Note:If the above usage conditions cannot be met, it should be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer;

When this device is used on offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.


Product features of Drawer type low-voltage switchgear:

1. The drawer -type electrical switchgear is constructed from 8MF open steel, with installing holes on the sides of the steel with a component of 20mm and 100mm, with a diameter of 9.2 mm.

2. The gadgets' practical spaces are isolated from each other, and their compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar areas, and cable television rooms. The functions of each space are independent of each other. The straight main busbar adopts a straight setup behind the electrical switchgear to improve its capacity to withstand electric forces.
